There will be a short comfort break on the way there and again on the way back. Further details and timings will be confirmed nearer the time. This is one of our last chances to stop the UK leaving the EU in March 2019. As you may have heard in the news, Conservative HQ has banned a Conservative-backed People’s Vote fringe event from being included in their brochure (see the Channel 4 News report). They are trying to ignore the issue that many in their own party can see that Brexit is harming our country, the people of this country should be allowed to change their minds, and we demand a People’s Vote on the final Brexit deal! Let’s join the march in our droves to hit this message home to the Conservative Party loud and clear.
The conference is being held at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre (ICC), a building which opened in 1991, thanks in part to a £50m donation from the EU! (Source: New European).
If you can’t come but would like to make a donation towards the costs, please see our donation page on the Bath for Europe website.
See the EU in Brum webpage or Facebook page for updates about the event, or donate on their Crowdfunder page.
