Last month Bath for Europe took the June Pulse/ Eurocafé to Henrietta Park, Bath for a picnic /get together. About 25 people showed up and it was lovely to see old friends and make new ones. Top prize for effort must go to Steve Rouse from Swindon for Europe who hobbled over to see us, only two weeks after his hip operation. Thanks also to Simon Campbell-Jones for making a photographic record of our first steps out of Lockdown. We plan a similar event for our July Pulse/Eurocafé.
Government guidelines allow up to 30 people to meet outdoors so we should be okay. If more turn up, then we’ll create other groups in the park. Bring your own blanket to sit on and your own refreshments (in the past we’ve brought food to share but this might be unwise at present). Depending on the weather we should be there until about 4.30/5pm so don’t leave it too late to come along. Please observe social distancing.
All welcome! We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, July 4th at 3pm at Henrietta Park, Bath, BA2 6LP.
