At our next online Euro Café, Jūra Neverauskaitė, a Master’s student of Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath, will share her thoughts on Ukraine and explain why pressure is needed to help those still trapped in a war zone. Jura is from Vilnius, Lithuania and has lived all over the world though, for the past 5 years, Bath has been her home.
In February, just after the invasion, with two other students (one from Russia and the other from Ukraine), she organised the first ‘Bath Stands with Ukraine’ demonstration outside the Abbey. It was a powerful, moving event with a range of speakers and, since then, there has been another rally.
We hope to see you on Sunday, April 10th, 2022, 15:00-16:00, Zoom. Please join using this link
